My first full year at University of Richmond is complete and it was busy! Across the Fall and Spring semesters I had a blast teaching Introduction to Computing, Software Engineering, and Introduction to Autonomous Robotics. This past summer, I hosted 11 undergraduate researchers in my lab to help build up the new capabilities in the HIVE Lab such as:

  • Three revamped Turtlebot 2 platforms: the HIVE Bots!
  • Human motion tracking using our DWM indoor positioning system
  • Dynamic human motion classification and robot trust modeling
  • Explorations for our new human-robot teaming architecture More details will be reported on the HIVE Lab site in the coming months!

Looking forward to another awesome year!
